We assist oil and gas companies, landowners and royalty owners in transactions and litigation matters arising from the exploration, production and transportation of oil and gas. From the initial oil and gas lease and title work on a prospect, to the preparation and execution of exploration agreements, surface use agreements, joint operating agreements or master service agreements, we are experienced and well positioned to assist you.

Oil and gas litigation requires an understanding of both the complex contractual agreements governing the exploration and production of oil and gas, and a keen insight into how courts will interpret and enforce these agreements. This is an understanding that can only be gained by years of representing oil and gas companies and landowners in disputes involving energy issues. We have represented operators and landowners on a broad range of oil and gas issues before the state and federal courts of Texas, Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota.
